This barrel-aged gem comes to us from the Palmichal region bordering the historic zone of Tarrazú in Costa Rica. We aged the washed process beans for 1.5 months in bourbon barrels, yielding a character bursting with notes of mango, simple syrup, and toasted oak. We’re really digging this one, and we’re pretty psyched for you to join the party.
